Outer space is the region that is located a hundred kilometers above the planet, and this area is characterized as a vacuum that does not carry any air in a significant amount to breathe or spread light in it, in addition to being empty air, sound does not travel in it because the molecules are not close enough to transmit sound between them. Space consists of gas, dust, and other materials that float around empty regions of the universe, while crowded areas of space contain planets, stars, and galaxies.
